  • Change Wind Downtime: click Wind Down, and set the amount of time you want sleep mode to be active before bedtime.

To reduce distractions before your scheduled bedtime, or sleep mode you can turn on during Wind Down. It will make sleep mode turns off the watch display and turn on Do Not Disturb.

Step 1- Launch the Settings app on your Apple Watch.

Step 2- Then, click on Sleep, then tap Sleep Focus to adjust these settings:

  • Turn On at Wind Down: By default, Sleep Focus begins at the wind-down time when you set it in the Sleep app. You can control Sleep Focus manually in Control Center, and turn this option off.
  • Sleep Screen: Your Apple Watch display and iPhone Lock Screen will reduce distractions.
  • Showtime: This will show the date and time on your iPhone and Apple Watch in sleep mode.
