Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact us at service@fitshrinkclub.com

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer both standard and expedited shipping.

Standard shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days (depending on your country - some countries have longer delivery times)

expedited shipping takes approximately 3-5 days once shipped (please contact our customer service team when placing your order if needed)

For orders over $99, standard shipping is free.

For orders under $99, standard shipping will be charged at $9.95

Express shipping is $29USD (DHL Express included).

Please note that USPS First Class is a low cost option, is not insured and is usually not tracked outside of the United States. When shipping internationally, they transfer the package to the receiving country's postal service for processing through customs. Customs procedures vary from country to country and we are unable to track packages during this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and customs clearance. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any fees or duties. You can contact your local customs office for more information. While your privacy is important to us, please be aware that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

If you refuse to pay these fees/taxes and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund your shipment minus shipping costs, plus return shipping costs and any additional fees charged by the carrier (this is in the event we return the shipment!) Unfortunately, this is not always the case).

If there is a problem with your courier bill number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. We are not responsible if a package is not delivered within the guaranteed transit time, as we cannot be held responsible for the shipping carrier. If the carrier fails to meet its guaranteed shipping time, we will not refund the shipping cost.


All of our shipments have a waybill number. If the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. We cannot be responsible for tracking information for packages stating that they have been delivered to your shipping address.
